The service

TreeCanopy lets you record tree surveys by voice, identify species from photos, and generate survey reports. It is sold to professionals and businesses, not consumers.

Subscriptions

• New accounts get a 14-day free trial — no card required. The trial includes 20 voice parses and 2 reports.
• Paid plans (Solo, and the multi-seat Practice tiers) renew automatically — monthly or yearly — until cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency.
• Purchases made in the mobile app are billed by Apple or Google. Cancel any time from your phone's subscription settings; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Boost packs are one-time purchases that expire at the end of the billing month they are bought in.
• After the trial or a cancelled plan, your account drops to Read-Only Lite: everything you created stays viewable and exportable, free, forever. You pay only to create new work.

Your data

You own your survey data — trees, transcripts, photos, and reports. We store and process it only to run the service, as described in the privacy policy. Export it at any time.

Professional responsibility

TreeCanopy assists surveys; it does not perform them. AI suggestions (species identification, drafted report text, parsed measurements) are always subject to your confirmation. The professional conclusions in any survey or report remain the responsibility of the qualified surveyor who signs it.

Fair use

Do not use TreeCanopy to break the law, to probe or disrupt the service, or to resell access. Plan limits (voice parses, reports, seats) are what keep the pricing honest — do not circumvent them.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Aurenia Group's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

The legal bits

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If we make material changes, we will tell you in the app before they take effect. Questions: support@treecanopy.app.
